Pack Your Gear
Carefully place the item in its original packaging, including all lenses, batteries, chargers, manuals, and promotional bundles to ensure a full refund.
Ship to Canon
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned equipment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
